  6. "No both sides are NOT the same"

  7. There’s Something Askew Here”

  8. There’s Something Askew Here”

NOTE: Let me head-off just some idiotic comments sure to follow to this poster. Yea, a gun costs money. It’s about the same cost as just books for one semester in post-secondary education. Ammo costs money, too. It’s about the cost of gasoline to go to school for a week. The average student in higher ed accumulates about $35,000 before they graduate. Of course, a big problem is that there is not enough crossover between the two groups depicted.

  9. "No More Guns for Domestic Violence Offenders"

    SOURCE: http://bit.ly/18sShzV -
"A federal lifetime ban on gun ownership for domestic violence misdemeanants does not violate the Second Amendment, the 9th Circuit ruled Monday."

Full Ninth Circuit Court Decision: http://1.usa.gov/17OceTe

NOTE: This is NOT a state law but a FEDERAL law from 1996 that was challenged and upheld this past Monday, November 18, 2013. The specific law is:  http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/uscode/18/I/44/922.  This effectively ends the matter, as the 9th Circuit Court’s opinion is solid and is highly unlikely to be taken by SCOTUS for further review.

  12. "Oh, SNAP!"

"In fact, under the provision, adults aged 18-50 who aren’t raising minor children will be cut off SNAP after three months if they aren’t working at least 20 hours a week or participating in a work or training program — even if they live in areas with very high unemployment where jobs are scarce.  "Looking for work" will not count.  If you’re looking for work but can’t find it, and you can’t find a place in a work or training program — something only a few states make available to all of these individuals — you will lose SNAP after three months.” [SOURCE]

  13. "The Aggressor"

NOTE: This is adapted from this graphic. The graphic is not at all the first appearance of the concept or similar text, so the #hashtag in the graphic does not appear to be indicative of textual authorship. After due diligence, I have deemed the concept an orphan.
